Battery Management System 16 Series with Touch Screen and Can Bus

 

VICT Sailing Power offers a standard PCB (Protective Circuit Board) to protect up to 96V Li-ion battery packs in energy storage applications like electric scooters or portable power etc. VICT Sailing Power can also supply the advanced BMS (with touch screen, CAN BUS) for the larger, more complicated battery packs. How to replace BMS

 

Before replace BMS please disconnect all outside circuit (charger, load etc).

 

Unplug sequence:

  1. Pull of the two flat cables wires directly without hesitate ( first pull the single one, then the multi wires one ), which used for detecting cell volts.
  2. Pull of the Anderson connector which comes from the negative pole of bare battery pack to the " B- " wires of BMS.
  3. Pull of the Anderson connector which comes from the " P- " wires of BMS to the outside power output wire.

Plug sequence (reverse sequence of unplug):

  1. Connect the " B- " wires of BMS to the negative pole of bare battery pack.
  2. Install the cell volt detecting wires without hesitate, first install the multi wires one, and then install the single one.
  3. Measure the Volt1 as between P+ and P-, to see if volt1 is same to the volt2 of P+ and B-. If Yes it is no problem, if not the BMS is damaged by the wrong connection. P+ is the positive pole of whole pack.
  4. Connect the negative pole of output wire to the " P- " wires of BMS.
