We initiate discussions to gather essential details, including application, voltage, discharging and charging currents, IP grade, maximum case dimensions, etc. Once all requirements are clarified, we finalize the battery specifications to ensure alignment with your needs.
Step 2: Solution Drawing Design And Confirmation (3 days for initial drawing)
Bonnen Battery's experienced engineering team will craft a design drawing according to the specifications we've discussed. We'll present this drawing to you for review and confirmation. If any adjustments are required, we'll gladly accommodate your feedback. You'll receive three design options at no extra charge.
Step 3: Prototype/ Bulk Production (30 days)
Once the final design drawing is confirmed, Bonnen Battery will initiate manufacturing, whether for prototyping or bulk production. This process generally takes approximately 30 days to fulfill.
Step 4: Shipping (Dependent on distance)
Bonnen Battery provides a range of shipping options customized to suit your requirements. Air shipping, while more expensive, is the fastest and perfect for urgent orders. On the other hand, sea shipping is the most cost-effective option, albeit with a longer transit time compared to air freight.
